Purpose, judgment, responsibility
Sets direction, understands the customer, weighs consequences, approves commitments, and remains accountable for the work.
Vai-Nova is led by Steve Leonardi, an enterprise technology leader and AI systems architect whose work spans infrastructure, cybersecurity, networks, databases, recovery engineering, operational systems, and practical AI development.

Steve brings decades of practical technology experience into Vai-Nova’s work, including IT leadership, networking, enterprise systems, databases, backup and recovery, manufacturing environments, cybersecurity, hardware integration, and the development of local AI systems.
His approach begins with understanding how the organization actually operates. Technology choices follow the business need, security responsibilities, available budget, and the ability of the customer to support the finished system.
That systems background allows Vai-Nova to look beyond the model and design the surrounding environment: data paths, permissions, infrastructure, monitoring, recovery, human approvals, and operational ownership.
Vai-Nova uses AI to support research, analysis, drafting, design continuity, comparison, and pattern recognition. Human leadership provides purpose, judgment, real-world context, accountability, and final decisions.
Sets direction, understands the customer, weighs consequences, approves commitments, and remains accountable for the work.
Supports the work by organizing information, identifying relationships, maintaining context, and helping turn technical thinking into clear communication.
Vai-Nova’s leadership standard is simple: understand the problem, explain the choices clearly, protect the customer’s information, avoid unsupported claims, and build at a level the organization can operate and afford.
